I don't usually wear shorts. I styled probably like one last year - see post here. I lately discovered these blacks from Sezane and I thought this might be a challenge for me to style them. If you think I look good in those, below you'll find a few tips.
How to wear shorts?
1. First of all make sure your shorts are high wasted. It's the rule no.1 to make you look tall and keep the good body proportion.
2. Shorts should be made of the material and not the jeans - it will bring the nothingspecial look.
3. The darker colour is easier to style. I chose black for a reason. It's classic and it's really easy to match the top..
4. ...and it can be tight up blouse (as mine), shirt, sweater or the t-shirt with your fave rock band - not joking! But if you want to wear the tishrt make sure...
5. ... the details are elegant. I'm wearing the classic black Coach bag with golden details and shoes a' la Chanel from Zara (pretty old collection). They are nude with pointy black so my legs looks longer.

These are my tips on how to style shorts. I don't look outlandish. I chose classic and elegant. It can never go wrong.

White sneakers and satin skirt in burgundy are my new favourite combo. But I also wore black tshirt and blazer to keep it elegant. The Coach bag from their new collection is a cherry on top. I really like this sporty, yet elegant mix.

My self-confidence is visible in THAT look. I am wearing high wasted, wide leg jeans in creamy white colour and I put black crop top for a contrast - to make a mono look. Heavy boots on block heel is a must have. I like the noise I make while walking. Premium, small bag (also can be worn as bumbag) is a great detail - it doesn't mess up the look. Black sunglasses are to hide my eyes and fresh hair to catch the wind. As a jewlry I chose my new everyday, luxury watch by Ebel and minimal gold hoops. Huge Y E S.

I love to wear dresses. If you know me well you know most of them are midi and maxi length. When it comes to wear a mini dress I always have a problem. I don't want to look girly and cute. It's not at at all my style. Lately, I surprisingly fallen in love with this (cute) silk Sezane dress in navy colour. AND here is a THINK! It doesn’t have to be too feminine. So how to make a dress less girly?
My rule no. 1 is: Layer with an oversized jacket!
Dark, beige blazer pictured above is from Zara Men and I got it on sale (super excited!). You can also wear it with leather or jeans jacket BUT remember the longer the better. Don't wear cropped jackets - it will bring back the girly look.
Wear heavy shoes / boots. I chose (kinda) heavy sandals in suede leather - not too high! You don't want to look cute so don't go with the strapy little sandlas, pumps or ballerins. Black boots like Dr. Martens will be perfect (see my last year outfit HERE) as well as with the midi or maxi dress.
